This call for expression of interest is a short-term consultancy for the purpose of engaging an external evaluator

Purpose of the evaluation

The aim of the evaluation is to determine the effectiveness, relevance, knowledge generation, and impact that can be attributed to the project.  The overall goal of the project is to see that women and girls in four local government areas live in communities where human rights and dignity of persons are upheld and respected. This project is a practical and right–based project, which aims at eliminating FGM within Ekajuk communities in Ogoja LGA and Violence Against Women /Girls (family violence, harmful widowhood practices and forced/early marriage) through Advocacy, intergenerational dialogue, sensitization, capacity building and multi-sectoral action.

The evaluation should provide credible and useful information, enabling the incorporation of lessons learnt into the decision-making process by all stakeholders involved in the project.
