Our STEM Program

At the Centre for Women Studies and Intervention (CWSI), we believe that empowering women and girls through education is crucial for creating a more inclusive and equitable society. Our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) program is designed for breaking barriers and fostering interest in these fields among women and girls.

Through sensitization sessions, we are raising awareness about the vast opportunities that STEM offers and challenging stereotypes that discourage women and girls from pursuing careers in these fields. These sessions aim to ignite curiosity, build confidence, and inspire a new generation of female innovators and problem solvers.

In addition to creating awareness, we are actively supporting women and girls including women and girls with disabilities, by facilitating their registration in STEM courses. This initiative not only opens doors to quality education but also equips them with the skills needed to thrive in today’s technology-driven world. As part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation, we are integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our program. This includes introducing participants to AI concepts, applications, and the potential impact AI can have across various industries, empowering them to become leaders in this transformative field.
