Centre for Women Studies and Intervention (CWSI), in partnership with Revamp Initiative, held a sensitisation and healing-focused event at St. Aloysius Secondary School, Garki, Abuja, with the theme “Healing Through Awareness and Creative Expression.”
Students were sensitised on digital violence, its forms, and practical ways to stay safe online. The session, facilitated by CWSI, helped the students understand how to recognise harmful digital behaviour and how to avoid being part of it.
This was followed by an Art Therapy session coordinated by Revamp Initiative, where students expressed their feelings and imagination through drawing, painting, and scribbling. The activity created a safe, creative space for them to process what they learned, explore their emotions, and express themselves freely.
CWSI remains committed to promoting safe digital spaces for young people, while Revamp Initiative continues to support healing through creativity and self-expression.
Together, we nurture awareness, healing, and resilience in young people.
